Responsibilities: I joined this organization as Asst. Manager HR. As of now I am working as Executive Coordinator with the focus on Operational Excellence & Strategic HR. In my current assignment I am working as Lead Agent in Strategic Transformation (Change Management) of the whole group. This Strategic Transformation we are doing through various change tools to achieve continuous improvement.
I also worked as Management Representative for Eight Months in successful Implementation of ISO 9001:2008 in one of our Factory.

Working as a General Management Professional to enhance Operational Efficiency by highlighting the focus areas and keeping track of progress.
Focus to improve the operational systems, processes & policies in alignment of organizational objective – specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organization planning.
