Summary for Arch Aluminum:

I started out at Arch Aluminum as a receptionist who was also the head of accounts receivable. I remained in that position for over a year until I was transferred to Haltom City as order entry/customer service and was also in charge of controlling the paperwork flow both in and out bound, Due to a tornado, the Haltom location was demolished. There was no longer an open position for me at the original branch.

Summary for Countrywide Home Loans:

Banks would send loan documents through a system named Captiva that would upload to our computers. Centralized Indexers would sort through the documents and find the files and groups to which they belonged. If there were errors, Centralized Exception Indexers would call the banks that sent them the loan documents and explain to them the error and the solution we could use to solve the problems. I held both titles while I worked there.

Duties at Computer Science Corp:

Customers would call me to do a background search. I would input about 15 fields of information and relay the outcome of the search.
