In this position I had to become a licensed travel agent. I worked with over 20 different companies to book their travel arrangements. I also dealt with problems when they occurred during the customers trips. These problems could be delayed flights, hotels not what was expected, etc. I liked this job, I worked with the company until, and unfortunately it closed.

Consultant, Trainer
Centralized Operations Group.
In this position I worked primarily with the vendors and agents for Verizon’s largest business customers. I designed PBX, DID, DOD, Engineered Centrex, ISDN PRI services. I also trained new consultants on various specialized services to assist the customers.
General Business Office.
In this position, I assisted General Business telephone customers with all phases of their services, from complex to simple. I assisted with the billing issues, along with designing new business service. I worked constantly on the “help desk” as a liaison between the different intra company offices and the public to ensure service was installed correctly and in a timely fashion. I was the single point of contact for all correspondence which came into the office from business customers in a 5 state area. I also assisted in training of new business consultants in foreign exchange services for business customers.
Residential Office.
In this position, I had very heavy customer contact (as with the other positions). I assisted residential customers in all phases of their service from complex to ordering new residential service. I was made Service Manager; this is a management position that handles the more complex issues of the customer. I was also made a Trainer of new consultants to ensure that they were trained properly to handle any and all issues that the customers may have.

Awards
During my employment with Verizon, I have had articles written as to my philosophy in customer service and my success. These articles were written in the WAVE which is a newspaper which is distributed throughout the entire Verizon footprint. I also had a remarkable success rate with sales at Verizon. I won several trips as rewards for my success. I consistently was over 250% in sales.
While at NAM, I have enjoyed the same success rate with collection of defaulted loans. I have maintained a success rate that varies from 250% to over 314% in collections.
