Hired to start-up and manage the growth of the Illinois market of this practice management group that included a Disease Management contract with McKesson Health Solutions. The primary contract is with the Illinois Department of Health and Family Services (HFS) and the program is called Your Healthcare Plus™ (YHP).

• Propelled business from zero to $1.8 million in revenue within 2 years by initiating services in 33 facilities, maximizing contracted membership and adding 17 staff.

• Selected by senior management to assist with operations in two other markets due to proficiency in managing client relationships, identifying obstacles to business growth and ability to maximize efficiencies.

• Served as the lead representative for NP Care as part of a multi-disciplinary team including members from McKesson and HFS. This group was charged with evaluation program performance, development of objectives and creation of new initiatives.

• Achieved program wide milestones of $104 million in savings to the State of Illinois during program year two, a decrease in inpatient admissions of up to 20% and a decrease in emergency room visits up to 13% during program year one.

• Led a team of IT specialists to develop a customized database used to house data and create reports tailored for the YHP program.

• Transformed business operations from a management agreement with ECI to an independent LLC and increased profitability by 20%.

• Developed a progress evaluation process to assess the need for continuation of services of participating members based on clinical guidelines for 5 core diseases.

Managed the overall performance of the sub acute rehabilitation programs, comprehensive outpatient programs and physician clinics located at multiple Marianjoy network sites located within Rest Haven Christian Services facilities.
