Participated in the due diligence process for three acquisitions totaling $150M in incremental business. Oversaw

the Sales, Marketing and Engineering functions of these acquisitions and developed integration strategies to

merge into existing business plans.

Awarded Vendor of the Year for 2006 for the Affiliated Distributors Buying Group. Developed rebate, growth

and training programs that strengthened and grew the partnership with this key buying group with sales increase

of over 13% from previous year.

Increased sales by 19% for American Metal Products brand. Growth strategies focused on small to mid-sized

customers and key high margin products. Gross margin contribution increased by 3 percentage points during

same time interval.

Developed integration strategy that merged commercial oriented brands to provide a singular focus to this

Consolidated product lines, eliminating product overlap due to acquisitions – leading to over $1.2M in cost

savings, with minimal disruption to customer service.

Introduced new products that led to market share gains and incremental sales of over $7M. New product

development process also reduced speed to market product launch time by 50% over historical standards.

Responsible for the Sales and Marketing efforts of the USAIRE Brand as well as the Western Regional Manager for the

METALAIRE Brand of Metal Industries, Inc. (approx $50M) 2 direct inside reports.

Re-established key relationships with Manufacturers Reps and Customers that had gone

without direct leadership for over a year and sales declines of over 30%.

Prospected new accounts, focusing on the ability to provide a wide range of Commercial

oriented products (through our relationship with sister company MetalAire). This approach

allowed us to gain share in 2010 in a depressed Residential Market, and be up over 20% over

same period year to date from previous year, and an additional 12% in 2011.

Added new Manufacturers Reps in uncovered areas of the country that led to increased

market share and exposure (approx 14% increase over 2010).

Introduced 12 new products in 2010 – expanding our commercial product offering. This

generated a 11% increase in new product sales.
