- Analyzed a state environmental compliance order the Air Force received to stop burning high content sulfur coal. Potential fines were $10,000 per violation a day and up to $1,000,000 for non-compliance. Recommended the power plant be updated to meet environmental guidelines and obtained special funding for the renovation and had the compliance order abated
- Developed a template to improve the development of economic analyses on military construction projects. Bases were losing construction funding due to poorly prepared economic analyses, losing millions of dollars each fiscal year. Developed a template that reduced the number of hours used in completing an analysis by 60 percent, eliminated errors and successfully obtained funding for all projects. This program became the standard for the Air Force
