Develop Men's clubs, design / build specialty furniture, and construct displays / exhibits for trade shows across the United States. Oversee and lead contracted field operations as Superintendent / Coordinator / Construction Manager for various companies and projects, including serving as:
Construction Consultant for D&J Construction, LTD on $68,000,000 ground up, 180,000-square-foot, mixed use residential / office in Hamilton, Bermuda.
Supervisor of construction of $900,000 office and body shop buildings for Caliber Collision Center in Killeen, Texas. Additionally, built new body shop and remodeled buildings in El Paso, Texas, as well as an 18,000-square-foot build and 1.5-acre site remediation project in Bryan, Texas, with current remodel project in Copperas Cove, TX, 16,000 sft building and site/parking remediation.

Served as innovative and sought after Superintendent for this medium-sized construction company, building high end retail chain outlets, restaurants, commercial tenant finish outs, and grocery chain stores. Managed all aspects of overseeing sites and leading crews from conception to completion. Notable projects included:
$5.4 M remodel of 42,000-square-foot Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market in Largo, Florida.
$4.8 M new construction of 8,200-square-foot La Sandia Mexican Restaurant in Littleton, Colorado; close-out supervisor for adjascent Brio Italian Grill restaurant, and remodel of existing Cheesecake Factory and Luxor restaurants in same time frame.
$3.5M ground up build for 4,500-square-foot Brimstone Fire Grill Restaurant in Pembroke Pines, Florida.
Additional clients included: White House / Black Market, Tommy Bahamas Clothing Store, Express Men / Women, Bath & Body Works, Sports Authority, and Maggiano's Little Italy Restaurant.
