· Successfully managed the JS project (Sebring-Avenger) from concept to manufacturing in the Assembly Center, implemented completely new chassis build system and process

· Responsible for ensuring product design for optimal manufacturability. Managed the capital budget for the replacement and launch of over 5 miles of power and free conveyor systems for final assembly process, and implemented Total Maintenance System for all new and carry over equipment.
