Terminal Manager (August 1991–June 2007)

Work included loading and unloading of trailers, helping drivers load for their routes, assigning drivers their routes, as well as driving a truck. For 12 years I did line-haul runs at night from Savannah, GA to Atlanta, GA. as well as various other places. I pulled both a 28 foot and a 53 foot trailer with LTL freight and hazardous materials on board. In 2006 I became the terminal manager where I increased productivity 268% until the terminal was shut down due to increasing fuel prices. I was certified to drive hazardous and explosive materials, had forklift certification as well as my CDL.
