Was a part of the Ninety-Ten program , were Yates
employees work with Nissan maintenance techs.
Attended the Five week training program were GMR,
mechanical drawing. mechanics, hydraulics, and GE
PLC classes were provided. Tire and Wheel is were I
have been located during the late two years while
involved in the Ninety-Ten program . PMs`
(preventive maintenance work orders),maintenance
calls, and general equipment repair are the duties.
Mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and PLC
troubleshooting and repair are routine duties.
Prior to being involved with the Ninety-Ten program
my job title with Yates was electrical maintenance
technician were electrical work was more
construction orientated, when robot cells, offices,
lights,electrical panels etc, were moved or
installed and had to be rewired , these are some of
the daily projects that were part of my daily
routine.During my ivolvement with Ninety-Ten program
I have also taking a Allen-Bradley PLC course at
Holmes Community College.

Component Overhauler 08/19/02 to 10/15/03
Overhauled aircraft parts, landing gear, brakes,
starter generators,and propellors assembles. Used
dial-bore gauges, misc, calipers, and other precision
measurement equipment to determine if parts were worn
or had corrosion damage. After measuring was
completed the parts were reassembled and tested.

From a computer station, remotely installed T1-T3 and
SONET circuits. The computer applications were
furnished by WorldCom, which were used to monitor,
test, and fix problems that would occur. Handling
several circuits at once while communicating with
customers and other network technicians was necessary
to isolate the root of the network problems in an
efficient manner. Constantly had to adapt to new
software applications used to perform day-to-day
duties. New computer applications came out at least
once a week.

Repaired a variety of pagers using DVM,
soldering/desoldering station. Performed
micro-component R&R work on pagers, as well as,
troubleshooting. Programed the pager to receive
correct frequencies and other information. Used code
synthesizers, O scopes, frequency generators while
working as Q.C. technician inside a screen room. The
Q. C. work was done on the pagers as they came into
the shop and left the shop for controlled work flow.
