Pioneered the first large volume physical Mexican and Central American sugar buys for use in Barry Callebaut US production facilities resulting in sugar costs savings of 24%.

Reduced Chiquita’s global agrochemical and fertilizer costs by 22% through rationalized commodity and vendor deal structures, hedging programs and risk mitigation governance processes.

Managing Consultant Global Procurement Practice

Established a global reverse logistics program which improved Asian customer satisfaction levels by 23%, reduced service cycle times by 42% and achieved 12% cost savings in global service delivery costs.
