Duties included helping various departments within the store. When first hired I was a front end courtesy clerk. I bagged customer’s groceries and assisted them outside to their vehicle if needed and helped customers find items in the store.

After I mastered that, I was trained for the Safeway.com department where I was a personal shopper for customers whom ordered their groceries online via the website.

I then was trained for the Starbucks kiosk within the store, where I got my first taste of how Starbucks operates. Taking and making drink and food orders to customer’s liking.
