• Managed all aspects of advertising accounting and vendor reimbursements ($44 million annually).

• Managed monthly and annual accounting closings, prepared and presented financial statements with annual sales in excess of $700 million, earnings exceeding $20 million, and a staff of thirty.
• Implemented process and reporting improvements with multiple departments to close each month within four days versus the original ten days that had been the normal timing.
• Ensured general ledger integrity by reviewing and challenging departmental pyramid heads’ general ledger accounts and P&L accounts within accelerated timeframes.
