Short-term contract: As part of the MC-252 DeepWater Horizon (BP oil spill) Response Team, I supported approximately 1400+ SharePoint 2007 users based at the Houma, Louisiana Incident Command Post, including 9 forward-operating branches located along the gulf region of southern Louisiana. I was responsible for the following:

• Requirements gathering

• Installation and on-boarding of Microsoft Online Services (BPOS)

• Managing permissions and security

• Provided group training as well as individualized training

• Supported/trained command personnel at remote operating branches

• Troubleshooting

• Issue tracking and resolution

• Initiated and provided SharePoint help-desk assistance

• Provided hands-on "Demob" workshops for civilians leaving the command post.
