I was the only person in charge of premium services in Moscow, managing all the upgrades for VIP passengers and dealing with daily matters. Cooperated with Domodedovo airport team to make sure all flights came out on time. Developed and maintained client’s database. Prepared presentations and participated in meetings with potential clients. Took part in FAM tour organization for representatives of Moscow Hotels. Represented Moscow operation in business conferences in US.

Domodedovo Int’l Airport February 2008 – May 2008 Customer service Manager

Promoted to Customer Service Manager after 7 months of work. Was responsible for foreign airline crews, VIP customers and supervision of unaccompanied minors, always ready to help any passenger with simultaneous and written translation from/to English. The probation period took 1 month in spite of 3.
