Let me introduce myself, I am an LPN and loving every minute of it. I have been a practicing LPN since October 2005 but my love of nursing started long before that. In 1990 I applied for a nursing assistant class just to get a job and fell in love with the geriatric population. I am a self starter with an eye for detail, I love to share my skills and experience with others so that the patient gets the ultimate quality of care. I have a gift for anticipating the needs of my patients as well as their families. I intend to continue my education with the ultimate goal of Geriatric Nurse Practitioner. I have many skills pertaining to my scope of practice and seek new opportunities to learn all things nursing. I will be a true asset to any employer but the right employer would help me to blossom into the nurse I so desire to become.
