Human Resource Manager
• Handled all recruiting and on boarding, including interviews, testing procedures, and working with hiring managers to make hiring recommendations.
• Acted as Compensation Manager, which included handling annual Performance Appraisals, changes in rates-of-pay, job grading, and creating and managing job descriptions. Additionally, I managed the Corporate Incentive Program (using the Balanced Scorecard system) for all employees at multiple facilities.
