Impress Supervisor-OfficeMax February 2007 –May 2011 Supervisor from September 2008 – May 2011
Responsibilities include overseeing the Impress department which is where customers come in for print jobs as well as other services. The majority of my duties involve the use of design programs and being able to create something when the customer may not necessarily have a clear vision of what they want. I supervised two employees who work in the department in my absence. I ensured all administrative paperwork is completed correctly and delivered to its appropriate destination. I was also responsible for ordering supplies and reviewing P & L reports for the department; as well as scheduling department associates and maintaining departmental budget. I worked closely with customers to identify their needs and provide options for solutions. I stepped down as Supervisor because of recent relocation to the Loveland, CO area.
Honors:
Received 4-H scholarship and various grants including the CAP grant and KEES Money toward educational expenses based on GPA at High School Graduation. Received many awards throughout school career and through participation in 4-H, including public speaking.
