Letters of Commendation

While employed at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, NH, I received two letters of commendation for my performance. The first letter was during a code blue on September 1, 1992 to which I quote “Your sense of priorities and level headedness were cites as being a great asset to the staff involved in the emergency:”

The second was from the New England Organ Bank again while employed at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center which involved a young man with a severe brain injury who’s parents decided to donate his organs for transplantation. I was cited as a “dedicated professional” during this difficult case.
