Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Job Role:

o Preparation and undertaking Monthly Valuation/Applications for payment for all Services to Client representatives.

o Presentation of the monthly progress to Client representatives at the end of the month.

o General management and monitoring of selected materials procured on projects.

o Preparation and agreement of Final Accounts of works under my management.

o Measuring and Taking off Construction and civil works using SMM7 and CESMM3

o Provide commercial support within the Business Unit

o Raise sub-contract orders to minimise company risk, maximise flexibility and margin
