Geosciences St. Lucie County School District 2004 hurricane recovery effort project. Sole

project controls coordinator brought in to assess client needs, create and track schedules for

extensive ongoing recovery efforts at 40 schools locations in the county district. Developed

critical restoration effort schedules to ensure aggressive around the clock work activities and

scope with increasing resources of up to 850 workers were meeting completion deadlines.

Transferred all detailed work scope into a 2500 activity network broken down in WBS by

two weeks. Created detailed portable classroom refurbishment schedule for complete

interior and exterior overhaul of eighty-eight portables in a sixty day summer break window

that closely tracked budgeted vs. actual man-hours to ensure targets. Developed portable

demolition / replacement of eighty-seven new portable units within a three month period.

Work Management Coordinator for department consisting of approximately 120 engineering

personnel. Developed integrated Engineering Work Management System MS Access

program with programmer support that links electronically to P3 schedule allowing all

engineering personnel to easily add all work tasks, training, vacations, etc. and update them

with actual man-hours spent. Performed database activity information merges into P3

electronically and analyzed and resource levelized schedules to create and update output of

resource histograms and schedules which posted to internal web page along with other

maintained references. Turnaround time for schedule updating / publishing was changed

from 3 – 4 days to 3 hours and was performed remotely as needed. Performed all

scheduling duties for entire engineering department for refueling outages and special

projects. Emphasized work flow processes and integration with other plant departments

and databases. Also became fully trained and experienced over several outages as a Local

Leak Rate Test (LLRT) Technician performing a wide variety of test functions at both St.
