critical restoration effort schedules to ensure aggressive around the clock work activities and
scope with increasing resources of up to 850 workers were meeting completion deadlines.

program with programmer support that links electronically to P3 schedule allowing all
engineering personnel to easily add all work tasks, training, vacations, etc. and update them
with actual man-hours spent. Performed database activity information merges into P3
electronically and analyzed and resource levelized schedules to create and update output of
resource histograms and schedules which posted to internal web page along with other
maintained references. Turnaround time for schedule updating / publishing was changed
from 3 – 4 days to 3 hours and was performed remotely as needed. Performed all
scheduling duties for entire engineering department for refueling outages and special
projects. Emphasized work flow processes and integration with other plant departments
and databases. Also became fully trained and experienced over several outages as a Local
