The respondents give their views and opinion regarding the pay commission, most of the employee has

been satisfied and reasons for the dissatisfaction have also been collected. The collected data has been

analysis by using the simple percentage analysis and outcome has been given in charts and table format.

Overall the entire employee in the organization was satisfied about the 6th pay commission.
