2006 – 2009 Roger B. Kennedy, Inc. (Commercial builder)

Title/Duties: Project Management – Where for the last several years my duties have included project management of projects delegated to me, preparing Owner contracts, subcontractor contracts including buy-out, job cost analysis, schedule of values, RFI’s, change orders, and reviewing pay apps. Other duties preformed were assisting the senior project manager’s in the office, estimating, reviewing shop drawings and submittals, and permitting for the company.

2003– 2006 The Gallo Group (Real estate Appraisal Company)

Title/Duties: Real Estate Appraiser – I preformed residential appraisals for my clients (banks, lenders, brokers)

1999 – 2003 Roger B. Kennedy, Inc. (commercial builder)

Title/Duties: Superintendent – managed and coordinated all site activities including, staff personnel, meetings, subcontractor management, safety, pay app. approvals, scheduling, and quality control.

1998 – 1999 Interplan Practice (Arch/Eng. & Comm. construction consulting)

Title/Duties: Construction Consultant – Logistics Support for the office, project coordinator and liaison between Interplan and the Owners (7-11) general contractors, including coordination of all Owners supplied equipment.

1996 – 1998 Winter Park Construction (commercial builder)

Title/Duties: Assistant Superintendent – in charge of all structural concrete, block work, and roofing of five six story structures. Managed and coordinated all site inspections with county inspectors. Managed and helped schedule building construction to ensure timely completion.

1994 – 1996 Roger Kennedy Construction (commercial builder)

Title/Duties: Assistant Superintendent – in charge of assisting in the management of all structural concrete, exterior construction, also including the exterior and interior finishes, of multi-family apartment complex structures. Managed and coordinated all site inspections with county inspectors.
