Attained a History degree from Iowa State University, but also received a well-rounded education based on the Liberal Arts. Many classes in psychology, sociology, anthropology, and political science were also taken.

Worked with restaurant franchise Pizza Hut during the late Spring to Summer of 2010. Work experience gained from short time with Pizza Hut is impressive: customer service, customer satisfaction, working with and building a team, multi-tasking, using multi-line phones, learning and using extensive Pizza Hut computer programs for taking orders, and increase of time management.

Information Technology Services Iowa State University

Office Clerk, Personal Assistant January 2006 - January 2010

Worked with Information Technology Services at Iowa State University for four years, starting freshman year of college and ending senior year. For the first two years of employment, worked directly with the University's extensive inventory of computers and phones in the Black Engineering Building. This included: working with Excel spreadsheets, doing basic arithmetic, detailed organization of materials and products, working directly with engineers to find bad or incorrect information, and learning the vast online databases that held all ITS information and serial numbers. For the last two years of employment with ITS, worked in the Durham Building and did a wide variety of tasks: operated phones for the Iowa State University general help-line, used multiple line phones, extensively used Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, continued work with the online databases for ITS, helped organize problematic and old data, and ran simple tasks of organization for engineers.
