Played a major role in increasing average daily sales for the Phoenix, AZ branch from $6000/day during February 2000 to the level of $46000/day during September 2007.
Developed consolidated purchasing procedures for the largest buyer of fasteners and fittings. Introduced new products based on past histories of purchasing and gained new revenues by responding to customer needs and anticipating increases in demand. Computerized customer ordering procedures which resulted in consolidated ordering by individual plants.
