Summary of Completed Projects

• Toledano Estate – 21,000sf two story single family residence, (Hollywood, FL). Responsible for the completion of all structural components of the project to include layout, foundation, stem wall, reinforcing steel, concrete placing and finishing, CMU, 2nd floor Hambro floor system and topping, trusses, concrete circular stairs, radius window and door foam knockout forms, rough openings, material takeoffs and deliveries, contract negotiations, invoicing, project management, and field management for shell construction.

• Project and Field managed all Shell Construction to include concrete, block, reinforcing steel, structural steel, shoring, wood trusses, metal trusses, heavy gauge metal framing, and sheathing, for multiple custom residential home builders and commercial contractors to include all estimating, contract negotiations with owners, subcontractors, and vendors. All multi-million dollar homes in Eastern Shores, FL.

• The Cove Restaurant – Deerfield Beach, FL. ($360,000.00). Provided insurance repair estimate to include roofing, mechanical, electrical, structural, and finishes. We provided the entire settlement negotiation with Citizens to include contents separation. Managed insurance related repairs and additional renovation work necessary due to code violations, existing structural damage unrelated to hurricane. Completed all concrete renovation work to new perimeter walkway, boat slips, and outside seating area.

• Eden Condominiums – Boca Raton, FL. ($7MM). Provided all estimating, contract negotiations, vendor selections, project management and field management for all structural, framing and drywall, stucco, and impact resistant windows and doors for this project.

• 663-667 Lincoln Road – Miami Beach, FL. ($1.3MM). Historical Preservation Renovation. Estimating, contract negotiations, field management, value engineering, and design consultation. Project included complete interior demolition of all structural and non-structural items to include the second floor and roof assemblies. Only remaining sections of the building were the four perimeter walls. Managed all phases of renovation.

Construction Supervisor for Insurance Repair Contractor.
