Member of Corporate Project Management Team accountable for overseeing $ 13 million HVAC component of $ 1 billion SHARQ 2nd Petrochemicals Joint Venture Expansion Project. In the role of Chief Engineer concurrently developed and managed a 96 Buildings O&M program for SHARQ 1 & 2 Industrial Complexes. Delivered full HVAC Project Management and technical inputs on 5 Corporate Luxury Housing Projects; design thru on-site implementation.

• As clients representative engineer, oversaw and monitored Japanese HVAC

contractor Chiyoda-PetroStar thru all phases of industrial HVAC design,

installation and final handover per project schedule and budget.

• From a starting point of zero, created and structured a $3 million per year

O&M Program for all 96 buildings at the Eastern Petrochemical Complex.

Successfully established routines, processes and schedules to preempt aging

equipment failure, and concurrently formulated a parallel but gradual 5 year

equipment replacement program for HVAC chillers and package systems.

• As HVAC Project Engineer on the 279 houses Sharq Steps 4,5,6, 7 & 8

contracts, supervised the accelerated and flawless design thru installation

and commissioning of all central HVAC systems. Reduced project costs by

$180,000 thru value engineering improvements.
