Recruitment & Selection

Carrying out Manpower Planning & Budgeting for each financial year.

Interactions with functional heads / HODs for specification about requirements

and getting the Job Description (JDs) and PSR (Personal Sanction Requisition

Form) duly filled to open the position.

Specifying requirements to various consultancies, shortlisting and screening of

profiles.

Coordinating and conducting Interviews

Preliminary screening - Interviewing and assessing the candidates

Joining formalities & Conducting / facilitating induction programme for new

recruits

HRMIS

Preparation of weekly and monthly HRMIS report like HR Weekly Reports, Training MIS, Recruitment Tracker.

Maintaining Employee database of all locations which is used in appraisals.

Preparation & Updation of Organization Charts on need basis.

Audits

Auditee for External /Internal TS / ISO / OHSAS Audit.

Closing of all NCR’s of Audit for HR (for Thane & Mumbai Locations)

Performance Management System

Conducting the Appraisal Process and Maintaining the Appraisal Data

Half yearly review of Appraisal Data.

Involved in conducting the PMS process and involvement on finalization of KRAs and performance ratings.

Training & Development

Deriving Training Need Identification from PMS data (after the PMS process) and Competency Mapping process

Preparation of yearly training calendar

Dealing with the training institution / consultant, getting the external faculty on board and organizing Training programme on behavioral skills / Technical skills.

Designing and Administering training evaluation forms to measure effectiveness of the training programme

Identifying the the internal faculty for training programs.

Deriving Behavioral needs from each department and compiling of the same.

Preparation of MIS and evaluation of each training conducted.

TPM (Office TPM)

Projects

Introduced and carrying out competency mapping process for the company on yearly basis.

Defining Training Effectiveness process for the Company.

Worked on a project wherein defining an assessment module for Recruitment Process.

Policy formulation and ensuring its implementation in the system. Solving out queries of the employees on policies.

Carrying out Exit Interview analysis and based on identification of gaps in the system, getting the gaps closed.

Involved in a project wherein I had setup the entire HR system in our new units at Thailand and as well as in Pantnagar, Uttarakhand.
