Major accomplishments
- Supervised process room addition w/climate control (1998) which increased production and reduced scrap. Project cost $150k, finished on time and on budget.
- Acquired environmental certification (ISO14001) 2000 for the company resulting in reduced fees and inspections.
- Supervised portions of a 64k sq ft addition 2004, responsible for compressed air, process water, process vacuum and production equipment installation. Managed contractors, project finished early and on budget.
- Supervised the installation of three new manufacturing lines 2007, using both internal and outside contractor sources. Project cost $200k, finished early and on budget.
- Through the management of the CMMS the PM completion rate was increased from 35% to 75- 85% on over 1000 pieces of equipment. Therefore reducing down time from 15% to 2%.
