• Knowledgeable in Tool and Die construction and CNC machining ranging in size 75 ton to 2000 ton (Van Dorn, HPM, Engel, Cincinnati Milacron).
• Established Quality control plans to ensure color, dimensions, visuals, and packaging for a wide range of materials including polypropylene, polystyrene, and polycarbonate.
• Continued improvements including cycle times, part handling, and part weights.

• Project leader for a $2 million expansion of a custom 100ton compression molded line molding synthetic slate roofing tiles. Developed a process to reproduce real slate tile’s character in a curved injection molded part by digitally scanning silicon masters and CNC machining tools using the generated point cloud data.
