PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

St. Michaels Labs DFW Inc. Laboratory Manager (September 2009-Present)

• Daily operations of the clinical laboratory, maintains regular communication with staff, physicians and providers.

• Maintained LIS and EMR records for all patient results, and maintaining a completely paperless facility.

• Performing tests on the bench and analyzing results, QA, QC, proficiency surveys, maintaining equipment, standards and documentation for a moderately complex laboratory.

• Acquisitions for new equipment

• Billing and accounting for employee pay and insurance claims for patients.

United States Air Force., NAS Carswell, Joint Reserve Base, Fort Worth, TX Laboratory Manager and Honor Guard Logistics NCO and Primary Trainer (March 28, 2002 to present)

• Collect prepare examine and analyze body fluids and look for abnormal cells. Prepare bacterial growth media and identify bacteria, parasites and other microorganisms. Work in Blood Bank, Chemistry and Hematology.

• Perform routine and complex laboratory analysis and assume responsibility for problem solving, teaching system controls, quality assurance and basic maintenance. General cleaning and sterilizing of lab equipment/autoclaving material, microbiology, and other lab chores.

• Perform routine laboratory procedures and testing in primary health care.

• Prepare specimens for examination.

• Perform quality control, calibrations and routine maintenance on all laboratory equipment.

• Directly supervise all Laboratory personnel in Hematology, clinical chemistry and immunology.

• Verify patient results and testing have correct information working alongside physicians to insure patient labs are beneficial to the individuals overall health.

• Maintain standards for a CLIA operated lab and keep all records and books up to date and informative.

• Perform all Clinical Lab testing as well as Phlebotomy.

Holland Acquisitions, Landman/Broker/Right of Way (January, 2008-November 2008)

• Negotiate and Acquire Mineral Lease Contracts with mineral owners, Home Owners Associations, Corporations and Lawyers with preparation and research of all supporting documents that effect the Lease.

• Address land issues that arise in the field and act as primary point of contact with surface owners. These responsibilities include negotiating surface use agreements with land owners, identifying drilling site issues and determining how they affect drilling locations and restoring the property after capital projects are completed.

• Respond to questions or concerns raised by surface owners to help ensure an amicable relationship between the Company and all surface owners in assigned territory.

• Manage other Landman within assigned area of responsibility.
