Responsible for all aspects of troubleshooting and repair mechanical and electrical on 2 Press Machines. Press Machines are Kidder Flexo 6 deck printing press with 360 line gravers, also WebEx graver lamination, weber patcher units, Martin and Straube unwinds, and Kidder Rewinds, Also tunnel and inferred drying. Prepared work orders for Mechanics under my supervision, Schedule PM’s Make sure all parts are available prior to PM. Assign daily task for line mechanics. Record all completed work orders in SAP.
Plan and implemented alterations to ensure safety, to improve operator ergonomics, and to increase machine productivity, quality and lower waste.
2.Maintenance Mechanic in Jiffy pop Department (1st shift)
Responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining Baird Wire bending equipment. Also, 2 production lines and 6 swirl machines, and packaging equipment, also responsible for all job changes. I was also sent to Minnesota for extensive training on Jiffy Pop equipment, so I could help relocate and setup machinery in Marion Plant. I was awarded a Certificate for a successful Startup and Optimization of jiffy pop, and also achieved highest efficiency on machines in its history within first 4 months.
