Human Resource Associate

My responsibilities for this job was to make sure that newly USPS employees were put into the USPS database with their job information as well as their personal information. This was done for numerous employees mostly all from the state of Oregon, Wisconsin, Missouri, Minnesota, and Washington, also Nevada. I also had to email different forms of actions to my colleagues. Keeping track with employee hire dates making sure that they were assisted in a timely manner. This job title insisted that one would have to hire a total of 2000 employees within a one pay period time which consisted of two week period. Processing information for these employees did not just consist of two or three at a time but thousands. Working for the USPS as an Human Resource Associate prepared one even more to work under pressure and under stress and under the type environment that would make you push the envelop.
Rehabilitation Technician

My duties as a Rehabilitation Technician were first make sure that clients (adolescent girls) was well taken care of physically, mentally, emotionally, and if need so spiritually. Also while working at Generations Change, I worked as an secretary, making sure that appointments were made and set in a timely manner. Also played a slight role in Human Resource, seeing to other staff members getting their pay checks. Considering the fact that one is young also. I was able to connect with the young teenage girls on a level that other staff members may not been able to. I understood their struggles and how hard it was to try and maintain your goals. Through my life experience I was able to teach them to hold your head up high and you do not have to be a statistic. That they can beat the odds no matter what.
Customer Service Representative

My duties as an Customer Service Representative was to assist customers with their cellular accounts, for example, connecting, disconnecting phone lines , adding new features, changing phone numbers and any information the customer requested to be changed. Also answering any questions, and to do the job with 100 percent no less. Working at Telvista has given me great opportunities. I have learned how to deal with people through certain crisis such as internet problems and how to keep them from panicking when their not familiar with a problem on their new website.

While working at Walmart in the toy department during Christmas rush, my duties were to make sure that all toys were fully stocked and placed on the shelves at all times. Making sure the upkeep of the department was in top notch. Also it was my job to keep customers satisfied no matter what. Also one of my duties were to answer the phone and assist them with any questions that they needed to be answered. This job allowed me to become more inactive with people. I was able to learn how to express myself professionally not just as personally.

The work experience for this job was very demanding. It was a very physically challenging job. My job was to build driveshafts for the 2006 Honda Accords. I volunteered for Solid Rock's Catering Service. My task there, was to help base the foods, and wash the dishes. I still volunteer my services from time to time.I recieved a certificate in training for call center customer service, Avon contract and also training for Metro pcs contract. In addition to working at Telvista, I recieved several kudos for having great customer service skills. Living in Virgina will not be a problem for me having a job located out of town.
