Assigned to a 580MW Gas Fired Combined Cycle Power Plant serving as the project’s subject matter expert on Project Controls issues. Responsibilities for the project include budgeting, cost control, earned value analysis, change management, resource allocation, back charges, manpower/cost forecasting, office/field cost activity coordination and scheduling. Duties include analysis of monthly department budgeting and accounting reports to maintain expenditure controls. Compile and analyze accounting records and other data to determine the financial resources required to implement the project. Consult with managers to ensure that budget adjustments are made in accordance with project changes. Prepare regular and special budget reports.
