ARW is a warehouse of the data from an Image Exchange file.Data in this warehouse is to be maintained for minimum 8 years.
This Project involves the creation of a Data Warehouse for the Sales Reporting System. Data from Operational Source System is extracted and loaded into data warehouse Using Teradata.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Avago Finance DSO provides daily sales out standings to its customers.The objective of this project and applications describes the functional requirements gathered for different receivable reports and build Data Marts for all metrics of Overview, AR Balance, Payments Due, Effectiveness, Payment Performance, Customer Report, and Invoice Details. Based on these metrics, they analyze their business and make the decisions to improve the business. Distributed data residing in heterogeneous data sources is consolidated into the target Teradata database. Performing some Aggregate calculation. Data Mart is developed in Star Schema Fashion consisting the Facts and Dimensions. The sources included Oracle databases. Using these Facts and Dimensions BI Team generate the various types of reports and distributed to Company Level.

• Uploaded data from operational source system (Oracle 8i) to Teradata.
• Used utilities of FLOAD, MLOAD, FEXP of Teradata and created batch jobs using BTEQ.
