Included production, speaker recruitment, creative development and all communications.

* Senior-managed all logistical elements, marketing and communications for an annual event at the world-renowned biomedical research entity, The Whitehead Institute in Cambridge, Massachusetts, which they considered the most successful colloquium in a decade.

* Received the “Spotlight Award” at First Marblehead Corp for flawless event and marketing coordination and development of their first annual Finance & Investor Relations conference in Boston, 2006.

* Proven success coordinating all logistical and creative elements of production for a $14M major motion picture with Penelope Cruz for Fox Searchlight Pictures/20th Century Fox in Los Angeles, 1999-2000.
