CONFIGURATION MANAGEMENT

Setup, maintain and update Northrop Grumman’s Configuration Management and technical data storage system ISE (Information System Engineering) for multiple Unmanned Aviation Vehicles (UAV) programs including STARLite, STARLite Extended Range, PTDS and other government derivative spinoff programs (i.e. test bench setups).

Coordinate, lead and manage Configuration Control Board (CCB) meetings with multiple functional project entities (engineering, manufacturing, procurement, quality and government customers) in attendance for hardware preliminary and baseline designs to ensure changes, revisions and updates are disposition and implemented accordingly

Generate and maintain revision control tracking systems using Microsoft applications (Access, Excel, Word) for Configuration Management (CM) directive(s), change requests (CR), plan(s), and procedure(s) for multiple land surveillance programs

Advise, inform and train management and personnel pertaining to Configuration Management internal changes, revisions and updates of directives, procedures and standards through formal presentations and training sessions

Coordinate, facilitate and manage successful configuration audits (functional & physical) for STARLite and its Extended Range UAV programs

Conduct, track and provide status accounting and audit reports to all stakeholders for configuration item(s), change request (CR), engineering change proposals (ECPs), revision notices (RN), retrofit plan(s), etc. for monthly reports

Assess and estimate Basis of Estimates (BOEs) for configuration data management proposals and Statement of Work (SOW) for Request for Information (RFI), Reqeust for Quote (RFQ), and special request by the Program Management Office (PMO)

DATA MANAGEMENT

• Manage, review and track all government and supplier data deliveries (CDRLs, SDRLs, media, etc.) for multiple UAV programs using Microsoft Office products (Microsoft Access & Microsoft Excel) and Live Link online web base information data environment system

• Internal and external government contractor liaison to coordinate, facilitate and track all contractual data (classified & unclassified) transmittals of technical proprietary information

• Create and maintain Data Management (DM) directive(s) to standardize delivery processes and procedures for UAV programs in accordance with contractual requirements

• Review, advise and train management and personnel pertaining to contractual document formats (DIDs), requirements and intellectual properties disclaimers to ensure program compliance to contractual agreements
