Supply planner-Planned production for over 100 SKUs for multiple manufacturing sites, and under different product lines. Saved millions of dollars, with the ability to maintain lower levels of inventory nation wide, worked with procurement to supply materials in time for production runs. Supply Chain Inventory Administrator – Minster OH January 2005 – May 2008
Reporting to Director of Supply Chain and Logistics, performed IDOC management to insure data accuracy from legacy system, Power (a Third Party System), and Red Prairie to SAP. Verified the integrity of the inventory between SAP, and the WM/legacy systems through performing stock pictures weekly, and reconciling any differences in the system leaving no more then a +/- 50 case balance when booking was complete for the month. Provided accurate numbers for planning of production and for the inventory deployment team to accurately place product at the DC with limited loss or damages.
Reconciled unexplained variances in inventory between legacy systems and SAP.
