• Presently volunteering at City of Chino Hills Engineering Dept. to update the current standard drawings to reflect the latest changes in codes and prepare autocad drawings.

• I prepared final AutoCAD drawings from Architectural/Structural drawings requiring stress calculations to determine the quantity of cables to achieve the required stresses for the project and placement locations of the post tension cables for various projects. Sometimes consult with Architectural and Structural Engineers regarding changes in the project drawings, make corrections, and resubmit for Engineer’s approval, and prepare final documents for material supply.

During my job as AutoCAD Design/Drafter/ Detailer, I have worked on 6 different projects. I had to create and prepare detailed documents of the post tension cables for shop for quantity, lengths, bundling of cables per project requirement. Knowing the importance of the outcome of the accurate and detailed document, I have always paid special attention to the document, which can be interpreted by anybody with ease.

• I performed Acoustic analysis utilizing equipment, which generated graphical chart of the noises at various time at given location for given number of days. At completion, convert graphical chart to document and submit for review. I performed field trouble shooting for Automated Control Systems for concrete mixing batch plants

As a technician for automated control system, upon completion of the unit, I was responsible to turn in the documents such as blue prints of mechanical layouts, electrical wiring schematics and parts list. During the assembly of the automated control systems, I was in charge of keeping track of components needed for the given projects and ordering of the shortage parts. I have done cost estimating for the repair work order for vacuums and sewing machine (for the business I own).

• I have made inventory program using Lotus 123 for my business and I have used Excel to do the end of month parts, tax and labor calculations for accounting purpose. I know how to use MS Word to create documents, letters etc. I am using Outlook to manage my e-mail accounts.

• I am self-motivated to face the challenge and overcome the obstacles. Being a Mech. Eng. I like to work with mechanical assemblies, mechanical systems, designing them and put it to work. I like to participate in the teamwork projects because that gives you chance to integrate with people from different fields of occupations and profession as well as it broadens your knowledge.

• I have done electro mechanical assembly for batch plant control systems. I have done layout from the blueprints and schematics of the mechanical and electrical components for the automated control systems to optimize the size of the metal enclosure units for ease of mounting the components, wiring them, routing the wiring so that the repairing them out in a field by technician will be easy.
