RESEARCH PROJECTS:
“Synthesis and Analysis of Inexpensive Folate-Fluorescein Dye Conjugate for Cancer Cell Detection”
Folate-fluorescein conjugate was synthesized by a simple and inexpensive method (solid phase peptide synthesis).
Synthesized peptide compound was analyzed by HPLC-DAD and LC/MS.
ACTIVITIES:
• Visited “Pittcon Conference & Expo 2009” and learned about the latest analytical instruments in the market.
• Member of ISPE (International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering) New Jersey chapter.
• Presented a poster on “Synthesis and Analytical Evaluation of Folate-dye Conjugate” at Chicago State University.
