- Create a System Layout deliverable of Manufacturing Engineering illustrating the mechanical handling
units, robots, tools, equipment, and facilities in relation to each other within the installation area.
- Coordinate simultaneous workflow with Industrial Eng. (IE), Plant Eng., Tool Integrator, and Process
Engineer.
- Create a fully functional 3D representation of a work cell from initial conception to integration to
final installation on plant floor.
- Create 2D Layout drawings from a 3D model for complete and accurate build at integration and
installation.
- Work with Simulation group concerning interference, ergonomic ability, robot reach and content
placement.
- Create a System Layout Bill of Material (BOM) utilizing Microsoft Excel
- Perform revisions per Industrial Eng. and Plant Staff to create an accurate and clear description to
facilitate such revisions
- Create color coded Kit installation drawings flagging out existing tools being revised or retrofitted
- Perform As-build process of accurately checking and recording changes at installation
- Submit final design to Teamcenter for customer and build shop access
- Assist workforce in Ideas/Studies to maximize capacity and cost reduction in each work cell.

- Provide mylar weld templates producing weld locations to support vehicle builds at producing plants.
