Sr. General Manager - Head Notore Fertilizer. T he fertilizer division of Notore includes
1000MTPD gas based MW Kellogg Ammonia plant, 1500MTPD Stamicarbon Urea Plant with
G ranulation Unit, Bagging plant, Utilities plants, 25MWx2 GTG & HRU, a 2x1000MTPD NPK
B lending Plant, Warehouse, Laboratories, Workshops, Training Centre and Jetty owned by Notore
for exporting urea & ammonia. The Plant is spread in an area of 700Hectares and employees
425employees.

• Present Responsibilities: P&L responsibility of Unit. The direct reports include Production,
M aintenance, Procurement, HR & Training, HSE, and Technical Services.
• Leading Revamp project targeting 150% capacity augmentation- Ammonia revamp by Casale
and Urea by Stamicarbon, PDP completed.
• Implementing Train-I I mega Ammonia+Methanol+Urea Project in collaboration with MC
Japan with an estimated outlay of $1.5Billion.
• All the units of the plant have consistently achieved surpassed & set new benchmarks in
energy savings and production targets.
• Improved employee discipline resulting in improved production at a substantially lower cost.
• Implementation of projects to increase the production and to reduce the specific energy and
a lso by carrying out in-time preventive maintenance of the plant and optimum utilization of
manpower.
• Implemented “Notore Suggestion & Outstanding Award Schemes" to motivate the employees
to put more than 100% and enable the company reach new heights of excellence.
