Provided aid in the information search, analysis of documents, and preparation of documents and information for day-to-day affairs. Plan development and realization of the small business ecological audit in the Montgomery county, Maryland.
Fall 2009
Ecologist with the Merchant Marine Fleet Maintenance-and-Supply Base (REBFlota),
St. Petersburg, Russia. Provided leadership across REBFlota in the areas of environmental
protection and environmental public health. Served as senior spokesperson/representative
for REBFlota in these areas, including participation on workgroups within and outside REBFlota.
Worked in close coordination with appropriate Federal and State environmental protection
and regulating agencies (Ministry of the Natural Resources and Ecology of the Russian
Federation and its subdivisions: RosTechNadzor (Committee of the Technological, Ecological,
and Nuclear Supervision), VodoCanal (St. Petersburg Water Management Organization),
and the Environmental Protection Committee). Facilitated cooperation between the REBFlota,
the above government agencies, research laboratories, and private organizations. Prepared
Quarterly and Annual Ecologic Reports for presentation to, and for approval by, Federal and
State environmental protection and regulating agencies. Prepared and controlled all technical ecologic documentation and reports for REBFlota in the areas of water, air, and waste management. Planned, conducted, and directed all ecological aspects of REBFlota’s work, including collecting of samples for analyses, workshops environmental health control, daily ecological control of the work process. Utilized adaptive resource/waste management and structured decision making protocols to assist the company's board of directors with the direction of future management decisions.
