INTRODUCTION
As a recently licensed insurance producer in California and Nevada my previous career as a business development representative in the B2B mortgage arena, follows my same directive: building trust through informational contact, on a scheduled basis, to ensure complete transactions.

PROFILE
A ten plus year veteran in wholesale mortgage business development in an assigned territory with experience in originating various residential loan products (agency, construction and portfolio).
Working in an local territory creating B2B new business coupled with servicing an existing customer base that is composed of real estate sales and refinance activity while sourcing new avenues of business to ensure goal driven personal and company growth.
As a field representative a normal day consists of being the primary point of contact for a preliminary review of all necessary loan documents to comply with company and investor guidelines in order to promote a timely loan process from initial inception throughout the underwriting process and finally a closing within contract times and specifications.
During my mortgage career ranked in the top five percent in my area and exceeding company desired goals with a consistent monthly production of 8-15 million dollars of funded and closed loan product.
SKILL SET
Ability to conduct presentations in a group or on a one to one manner using lap top technology to educate management and employees on various insurance products and the benefits of each plan and to ensure compliance with company underwriting guidelines.

Personal contact with management and customer base on a consistent basis using verbal communication, email technology and snail mail means so that the flow of information exists so as to fall into the timetable for the transaction.
Using an acquired knowledge of underwriting guidelines to analyze important financial information, the process can be put into an orderly manner so that both management and company staff are aware of every activity through the transaction.
