Vice President & Practice Manager - 1996 to Present.

Currently manage the Oracle eBusiness Suite and PeopleSoft Enterprise ERP consulting practices. Responsibilities include managing client accounts, providing functional and technical consulting services, and development of new consulting business. Work with Sales force to respond to RFIs and RFPs, create client proposals, negotiate contracts, and coordinate marketing activities. Also responsible for implementing and supporting internal CRM system for managing customer contacts. Manage project budgets between $250,000 and $1 million with a staff of 10-12 consultants. * Increased consulting revenue by 100% over past three years to $1.5 million.

* Prestigious International Management Consulting Company - managed conversion of

multi-currency legacy General Ledger system to Oracle Financials. This project required a high-level of coordination between the client’s Finance Department and the ERP project team. Interfaced heavily with the PWC project team (now IBM Global Services). Result: achieved smooth transition for over 100 worldwide offices over an 18 month period.

* Biomedical Device Manufacturer - managed all phases of a $500,000 ERP project including

coordination of activities with the internal and external (Deloitte Consulting) resources covering

Finance, Distribution, Marketing, and Manufacturing. Result: project completed within agreed

time constraints; able to minimize business disruption; generated additional $750,000 in consulting

business.

* Biotech Start-up Company - developed roadmap to help guide company through planned

technological expansion. Managed client’s ERP software selection project to meet current and

future needs of Finance, Distribution, Quality, R&D and Manufacturing. Result: company

accepted recommendations; $150,000 project completed on schedule and within budget.

* Biomedical Device Manufacturer - managed implementation of new ERP system

(QAD MFG/PRO Financials). Responsibilities included conversion to French chart of accounts,

data conversion, development of custom screens and reports, user acceptance testing, training,

system documentation, and post-production support. Result: $300,000 project completed within

strict 3 month timeline and under budget.

* Leading Provider of Supply, Information and Care Management Products & Services – managed

projects to redesign chart of accounts for Lawson ERP system, perform data conversion, redesign

financial reports and implement Purchase Order and self-service Requisitions systems.

Result: achieved accurately & timely financial reporting; strengthened internal controls around

procurement & matching process.

* Internet Travel Company – managed project to select and implement a Planning & Budgeting

system to allow client to develop sophisticated forecasting models. Result: project successfully

completed; company able to efficiently manage business growth.

* Prominent Advertising Agency - managed $500,000 project to upgrade the client’s Financials,

Human Resources, and Payroll systems for Y2K compliance. Also managed project to convert the legacy Human Resources system to PeopleSoft Enterprise system. Result: both projects completed on time and within projected budgets.

* Major International Bank - managed $1 million project to upgrade the client’s Financial systems

for Y2K compliance. Responsibilities included providing critical updates to the Executive Management team, and managing all consulting and client resources on the project team.
