General Manager
As General Manager, I oversee a multi-million dollar operation. Managing 171 employees, I have instituted a new hire program, developed a risk management program, and created an advisory board to analyze auto trends. I am responsible for reviewing profit / loss statements, operational budgets, and overall profitability of company.
Business Planning: Conceptualized, designed, and initiated strategic sales & marketing plans to gain market penetration and begin to build brand awareness in the WV, NC, KY, OH and VA markets. Sales
Management: Directed and managed all facets of sales operations. Conducted weekly sales meetings, coached and mentored other members of sales team through joint calls, account planning, and territory management.
