I have been in oil and gas industry piping for more than a decade, I had an extensive experience in installation, and piping inspection as well, that includes test package review and all hydro-testing activities as per client specifications and international standards.

In terms of specialties I've been well exposed in GRE/GRP piping in particular, start from pipe production up to pipe installation and goes up to inspection, I spent much of my career in GRE/GRP pipes installation and inspection.

Site Service Supervisor- From December 2007 to March 2011

Plan and supervise installation, testing and commissioning of (GRE, GRP, and GRV) pipes and fittings and ensure that it has carried out as per standard procedure, Inspection Test Plan (ITP).

Provide training to personnel that will perform the installation

Receives all controlled documents such as isometric drawings, method statements, site quality plan and inspection test plan

Ensure that appropriate instruction derived from the documents are given to the personnel who will execute the job

Ensure that all safety precaution were given while executing the job

Perform site inspection along with the client QC Inspector and report to the Head Department

Responsible for all GRE/GRP installation as per client specification and site quality plan

Composite Pipe Industries is one of the RTRP (GRE, GRP, GRV) pipes and fittings manufacturing industry which involved Design, Manufacturing, Testing, Installation and Servicing of RTRP pipes and fittings, mainly but not limited to Oil, Sea water and Potable water flow lines(high, medium, low pressure and temperature up to 110 C.
