I directly assist the Director of Operations and help to ensure the first year representatives and interns are taking the proper steps to becoming successful in the industry. I also assist the Director to oversee the operations of the office. Some of the duties in this role were as follows:
Being a liaison between interns and first year representatives and the director of operations.

Monitoring and stocking marketing materials for insurance and investment related materials

I directly assisted the Managing Members of Clear Connect from the very beginning of this company to create and run a multi-million dollar business that currently has three locations in two separate markets and will be opening at least three more by year’s end.
My duties on this project varied considerably in the beginning stages but narrowed towards the end. Some of my duties towards the end of this project include but are not limited to the following:
Coordinate and facilitate meetings.
Assisting our Corporate Human Resources department to carry out their duties on-site.

Insuring that all paperwork and files are up to date and match those that are scanned into the computer filing system as well as the corporate files.
Ordering supplies, uniforms, etc. for all personnel.
Coordinate travel plans for all office personnel.

I assisted the director of operations and other members in making sure all of the association's needs are met on a daily basis. This includes attending the weekly meetings of the Architectural Control Committee, doing all paperwork prior to the meeting, contacting members to attend the meetings, collecting data from residents to have their houses built or changed, presenting submittals on behalf of the residents to the committee, taking minutes at the meeting, contacting the residents with the results and going over the needed changes with them. My job also includes checking newly finished homes for compliance with association covenants and grant a certificate of occupancy, installing transmitters, doing and keeping up with paperwork, writing and mailing letters, distributing incoming mail, creating and keeping databases up to date, help in the creation and mailing of newsletters, keeping up to date information on homeowners and renters, helping residents to understand policies and procedures, take payments, check and order supplies, and other general office duties.
