Laboratory

Compliance in writing SOP’s to follow the NCCLS GP2-A4 requirements including the scope and personal protective equipment.

Mastered correlation studies including the paired t-test, regression analysis, and correlation coefficient and reference intervals (normal reference ranges) including the Gaussian and Percentile methods using Microsoft Excel.

Phlebotomy

Performed in-patient, out-patient, ER, cardiovascular, pediatric, newborn, pre-op, and post-op blood draws.

Personal interest in creating an unpleasant experience into a better one when drawing pediatrics and newborns.

Over 10 years experience in all areas of blood drawing including vaccutainer, butterfly drawing “with a syringe”, and capillary puncture.
