Manufacturing:
Production Planner/Scheduler: Prepare and coordinate release of Shop Orders in accordance with Master Schedule for the manufacture of machine components and/or assemblies. Maintain and prepare schedules of equipment fabrication. Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality Control the releases of blueprints, drawing clarification and engineering changes. Coordinate and expedite movement and delivery of parts and materials between departments, as well as interfacing with outside vendors. Prepare detail and summary reports of the project status as a result of contacts with shop floor, other departments, and outside vendors. Notify proper authorities of vendor delays and productions shortages. Assist Management team in the resolution of problems resulting from material and vendor shortages, engineering changes, and other similar related tasks.
Safety:
Environmental Health & Safety Technician Implemented and coordinated program to reduce or eliminate occupational injuries, illnesses, deaths, and financial losses: Identified by daily audits and appraises conditions, which could produce accidents and financial losses. Enforced accident-prevention and loss-control systems and programs for incorporation into operational policies of organization.
